About Us

When I imagine the future, I see a world where health is simple again. A world without the manmade diseases that have become so common in our modern food system. A world where we return to the timeless wisdom that nourished generations before us—real food, whole animals, and ingredients our great-grandparents would recognize. 

I believe in a future built on animal fats instead of industrial seed oils, nose-to-tail nourishment instead of ultra-processed shortcuts, and local food raised by real people, not corporations. A future where families know their farmers, where our kitchens are stocked with ingredients from the land, and where homesteading skills once again empower households. 

This vision is about reclaiming what works. It’s about supporting the ranchers and farmers who raise food with care. It’s about rebuilding resilience, community, and real health from the ground up. 

And it starts with small choices: choosing tallow over seed oils, choosing local over factory-made, choosing nourishment over convenience.
